Anilao, Batangas: A Diver's Haven

Long before I tried using manual macro settings in underwater photography, my impression of Anilao has always been a kind of diver's haven. After every dive, I was always in awe of the variety of marine life I see underwater. Even if we return to the same dive sites for quite a number of times, my underwater series of firsts are never-ending.

Take for instance our unforgettable encounter with the school of jacks in Twin Rocks dive site. It literally took my breath away as we weren't able to see them the first time we were there. The vivid image of those jacks surrounding me was one of the best diving memory I have. Currently, however, these school of jacks could no longer be seen in their sanctuary.
