Mactan, Cebu: Sardine Run Take 2

So excited to go wide again in Mactan, Cebu by early September 2018. Couldn’t wait to dive again with my original dive buddy, Gemmie Choa. We got PADI-certified together way back 2010 and we also upgraded our certification to Advanced in November 2011. Our last dive together was way back 2013 in Sabang, Puerto Galera. Life happened in between that it took us another five years to reunite underwater. Finally, finally!

Gemmie brought along her Singaporean diver friend and we booked our dives with none other than Paraiso Com Dream. Our 3 dives together started with a dive in P-Com Dream’s house reef to see Mactan’s very own sardine run. Ling and I were able to see it for the first time during our trip last March 2018. Though not first-timers on our return, we were nonetheless still in awe. Happy viewing!
